TRES MARIPOSAS offers fresh views of the jungle and mountains all around. It has a Deck that covers half of the area and the cooling river & ocean breezes come right along nicely for your pleasure. We have 4 ceiling fans - one in each bedroom and two in the living-dining area - as well as several portable Fans that can offer relief in the hot periods of summer. It is decorated in a style we like to call "MEXI-ZEN" a blend between colorful Mexican with an open "MAX-FLEX-USE" ( maximum flexible use) style so that the living room rug can be rolled out for Yoga class or to allow an extra guest or two. The living area feels open and uncluttered for your use and enjoyment.

This 2010 Constructed home has a kitchen - fully stocked with Refrigerator, Stove-Oven, Dishes, Pots & Pans, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Blender and more. The Bathroom is especially wonderful - with two nice sinks and lots of space: with Large tiled shower and open roomy area for mirrors and multiple users.

Bedrooms are simple, clean and elegant with 2 fans each - and a 6 drawer open storage area plus two lamps and end tables for each bed and person for their nightly reading enjoyment.

There is also usually FREE WI-FI from our arrangements next door and a Table with 4 chairs on the deck plus a built in desk with 4 other folding chairs for your own use and lifestyle arrangements ... And some plants on the deck for more greenery and beautification.

OTHER NOTES:
Our Neighborhood area is safe, peaceful & usually quiet - but once in awhile there's a party or wedding at the Ehido property across the street that can create a bit of a party fun atmosphere but 9 times out of 10 you will enjoy a really peaceful escape. We are fairly close to all the action and you can EASILY WALK OR RIDE ( we have bicycles to share - provided you sign a liability release and deposit to not lose or damage the bike or yourself ) to town or beach areas. Generally the ride is @ 2 - 3 minutes by car or bike and walk is about 6 to 8 minutes to beach or town.

NOTE: Please know that a good % percentage of your rental $ will provide support via our trickle down donation program to various non-profits that help provide needed services in the local area - including: Sayulita Recycling, Sayulita Animals Clinic and Earthseeds.org ALSO: We have bicycles to share - provided you sign a liability release and security-damage deposit to not lose or damage the bike or yourself : )
