Down South about 16 degrees above the Equator on Roatan Island in the Caribbean ( located 29 miles North of Honduras and @ 90 miles SE of Belize ) we have a little peaceful slice of beachfront Paradise we call SEADANCER.
All our SEADANCER units overlook the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. There are 3 buildings - each is set up as a Duplex with a separate unit above & below. Each unit has a large deck and hammocks to enjoy our natural landscaping and outdoor living emphasis. Our amenities include a 350 ft. Dock with Sundeck, BBQs, &social circles of lounges, large shade umbrellas &beach chairs to enjoy the use of the secluded, white sand beach that stretches for almost a mile.
Indoors, we offer fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villas (approx. @1,000 sq.ft) with nice large rooms and a covered deck for outside lifestyle, plus a Living room - Dining room and kitchen. Our cabinents are made from local Mahogany and Pine. Appliances include large refrigerators, oven-stoves, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffeemakers, and a full complement of chairs, tables, sheets, towels, etc ready for your use.
We also have several wind surfboards and ocean-sea kayaks, a small sunfish sailboat and 14' catamarans with which to explore and enjoy the incredible reefs &waters that surround us. We are only 10 mins from the airport and local towns &shops there, or 10 min drive in the other direction to the dive shops and many attractions of the tourism centers on west end of Roatan.

OWNERSHIP SHARES IN SEADANCER ARE CURRENTLY:

$29,900** for TWO months use per year ** Prices vary based on CASH or FINANCING

All shares of each Unit are used on a fully flexible time usage basis.
We always give owners first priority & only rent when none of us are using a unit.
Our options are many - We can even sometimes Share units when people's trips overlap a few days - OR if another unit is empty - you can use it until yours opens up Our bottom line is a Lottery method - whereby each person has a pick OR - if dates conflict - the person with fewest "Points" (EX: If you stayed 2 weeks the previous year you would have 14 "points") gets the priority use - but so far - since 1996 we've never had to USE the lottery!
People usually plan several months ahead so there's ample time to work it out.
PLUS, with six units it is normally not hard to find some space for a team owner.
