PARROT'S NEST feels so much larger than it really is because of it's open design for more air flow and greater use for groups and guests. It has one small private bathroom - but the rest of the home is open - including a full kitchen and living-dining area which flows into bed sleeping area like a large Dorm room in college. There's also a small deck entry for sun bathing in private treetop style

The kitchen is fully stocked and a table with chairs and and a couch are also part of the interior decor.

We have several full & twin beds & futons or air mattresses for sleeping roughly 4 to 8 folks in this large open area or... enjoy a quiet romantic treetop escape for two!

t is perched atop a small beachfront group of 3 small buildings sitting on the sand at the edge of beautiful Sandy Bay on the tropical island of Roatan, Honduras. Each building is on stilts and the floor above the stilts has a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa and the floor above that has an identical private 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and the floor above that is the large, one room loft, called Parrots Nest. In one corner of the loft is the kitchen. Near the kitchen is the bathroom with shower. Outside the front door there is a small balcony for sitting. It has a great view of the 350 foot dock that extends out into peaceful Sandy Bay, The dock reaches almost to the famous underwater reef that is teeming with tropical fish in the shallow crystal clear warm water.

Parrot's Nest is situated only 2 doors away from the beautiful 4 bedroom 5 bath house called South Seas Island Escape which is seen on the website vrbo.com/35962. Just past South Seas Island Escape is Hobbie's Hideaway; a small restaurant and bar which is very convenient.

Parrots Nest is ideally located, in that you are in a beautiful setting and yet 10 minutes drive in one direction takes you to the major town and the airport. About 10 minutes in the other direction and you are among the tourist dive shops, multitude of restaurants and stores and bustling nightlife of a charming waterfront town. Your beachfront retreat sits in peaceful serenity, yet nearby to it all.

This 3rd floor penthouse loft unit sits right on the beach and has easy access to the sea and the 350 ft shared neighborhood dock that builds a bridge halfway out to the coral reef in our "Front Yard" for your water pleasure and enjoyment!
