Located approximately 12 miles south of Breckenridge in the Placer Valley area, you will enjoy breathtaking vistas of the entire surrounding valley, and 14,000 foot mountains. Just across the road, the South Platte River features GOLD MEDAL TROUT FISHING. In the evening, relax and stargaze from our large eight-person hot tub or on the two large decks.
Main Living room upstairs; family and game room downstairs, with gas fireplaces on both levels.
Riverview is ideal for medium to larger groups. Nestled in Nature with great trails for hiking or biking out any door.
Beds and Sleeping: Riverview Lodge has four bedrooms; two up and two down. Main three bedrooms have one King bed and two Queen-size Aspen Log beds; The fourth bedroom is a "kids" bunkhouse room with a full-size bed, and three single bunk beds.
Bathroom: There are four private bathrooms two up and two down with two showers & a tub
Entertainment: there's plenty of entertainment always available in the "recreational/game room" with ping pong and foose ball tables, videos,CD's, DVD's, puzzles and other fun board games. Amenities:A short twelve mile drive over Hoosier Pass puts you into beautiful Breckenridge for WORLD CLASS SKIING, shopping,golfing, music and dining. Or, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, fishing, biking, snowshoeing, and hiking, without leaving wonderful Placer Valley. Montgomery Lake and wilderness areas are but a mile away, while Fairplay and Alma ( two historic mining towns ) are only two to six miles away and also offer restaurants, shops internet and video rentals.

We have great trails right outside our door and a creek on the property as well as gold medal trout fishing just across the street in the South Platte River and nearby ponds and lakes.
