Some of these are homes that people live in and require notice for them to rent out while they are on vacation. Others are long term rentals that are furnished with basic needs for peak season overflow and converted to short term or month to month rentals. These homes are quite often more than fully furnished since they may include the owner's art and special possessions. Some have great views, hot tubs,saunas and internet wireless access. Usually they offer scenic escapes in the heart of "Little London" which is what Colorado Springs - as a resort town - was called in the late 1800's when people flocked to the mountains for pleasure. These homes are for the use and pleasure of those who need to be in the Pikes Peak Metropolitan Region for Weddings, Graduations, Business, Temporary relocations and other special circumstances.
