Can it be a one-way street - our 10% teamfunz is exempt as we run the business - so we can send folks to share in our 10% but the team has to pay as a group... ( deductible)

1) Acknowledgement Legally of 10% equity: either via inclusion on Legal Title or in separate agreement in legal notarized forms.

Q: OK I think we understand the ten percent value exchange where we give 10 % ownership to Teamfunz instead of paying large commissions for a sale. But can you please give some examples of how our home might be affected by TFZ's 10% ( 36.5 days per year ) use, trade &, barter under the 10% Teamfunz Ownership in Each Team Clause?
A: Ok. For example someone in the network might have a personal crisis - say some friend or relative gravely ill in your area that they'd like to visit or see Some good causes might send a research team to your area for environmental, cultural, scientific, artistic or spiritual development or to attend a nearby conference or seminar. What if some key politician, expert or celebrity needed to visit and stay discreetly at your home?
Q: How is it decided if these visits are FREE or DEEP DISCOUNTS or whatever?
A: Based on season and length of stay and negotiable - you would always have final say and have up to 3 vetoes a year.
